The house

The house consists of 2 parts; the ground floor and the apartment. You can either rent the apartment or the complete house. The ground floor is only used by the owners for 4 weeks in July-August. The rest of the year renters have the place all to themselves! The apartment. The apartment is suitable for 4 persons. It has its own entrance at the front of the house. There is hot and cold running water, electricity and central heating. There is no radio, tv or telephone. The livingroom is 25 m2 with a kitchen area, a dining table and a sitting area. There is a two-seater, 2 easy chairs, 2 side tables and a reading lamp. |

The kitchen has a granite worktop, a double sink, a gas stove, a small oven, a fridge, a wasching machine and is completely ready for cooking and eating. |

There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. For each bed there is an excellent mattress, a flannel undersheet, a pillow and a synthetic duvet. In each room there are 2 bedside tables, a big wardrobe and the beds have bedside reading lamps. |

| The bathrooms are small but convenient with a washbasin and a big mirror, a shower and a toilet.

The groundfloor.
The ground floor is suitable for 3 or 4 persons, but can only be rented together with the apartment. Via the backdoor you enter the living area of 40m2. There is an open kitchen (gasstove, small oven, fridge, deepfreezer, cooking and eating utensils), a dining table and a sitting area. There is a store room with a washing machine and an extra toilet. There are 2 bedrooms of 10m2. One bedroom has a double bed with 2 mattresses, flannel undersheets, pillows and duvets, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.The other bedroom has a wall bed with 1 matress of 1.20 x 1.90m, a flannel undersheet, 2 pillows and 2 duvets. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a shower, a bathtub and a toilet.
