The grounds.

The surface area of the grounds is 3 hectares (30,000 m2). The road as well as the area around the house are covered by white gravel. Part of the garden is fringed with old trees and bushes. There are also groups of oleanders and hazels and some fruit trees. Cars can be parked at the front of the house. Between the old well and the brickstone oven there is a sitting area with garden furniture and a big sunshade. When the owners are not there, renters can by all means make use of the roofed terrace at the back of the house.

The swimming pool.

The pool can be used from May to October.

It's a round pool has a diameter of 7.30m and is 1.30m deep.
